How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of items in your shopping cart. To view the shipping cost of your current cart, please visit the shopping cart page and complete the first page of the checkout process so that we can estimate shipping to your address.

What Shipping Methods Are Used?

UPS - Used for orders 5 lbs. and over.
USPS - Used for orders under 5 lbs. and international orders (if cost is lowest).
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Expect a delivery of around 2-3 days for USPS Priority and 2-5 days for UPS Ground. Orders are shipped from Greenville, SC.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we will ship to any country. Our website will give you a shipping quote for USPS Priority International. If the system overcharges you for shipping, we will refund you the difference. USPS First Class International is also available for most orders and can lower the shipping cost around 60-80%, however, this method does not offer tracking information. If you would still like your order shipped First Class International, reply to your order confirmation email to request this.

Returns

Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days after receiving your order.
Misused, used, or items damaged in shipping may not be returned. (Please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 to file a claim on your insured package if there is any damage).
Returns must be sent in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and be properly packed in order to prevent damage during return shipping.
Defective items will not be subject to a restocking fee. Any non-defective items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned is found to be defective we will reimburse normal ground shipping in the USA only.
